Al Ansari Case Study


We knew from day one that we had very ambitious and clear targets to hit with Al Ansari Exchange. Their focus was traffic, app downloads, and organic keyword performance. Using a multifaceted approach that focused on technical, content, and link-building fundamentals, our first six months working together saw a 110% increase in organic sessions from 238,000 to 472,000, a 209% increase in app downloads from 11,000 to 35,000, and a 40% increase in top 3 ranking keywords from 915 to 1,237. By the 6th month of the SEO campaign, Al Ansari saw a return on investment of 57,216% with monthly revenue of AED 4,944,380 from only AED 8,625 in agency fees.

Considering that Al Ansari is a well-known entity in the region and already ranked well for their branded keywords, we identified core and broad generic keywords with high search volume. We focused on optimizing the content on those pages (in both English and Arabic) and related metadata. We also optimized their UX as we found several areas where their layout impeded conversion journeys. This led to their rankings skyrocketing and an increased CTR. From a technical standpoint, our initial plan involved fixing their internal linking structure, as well as tackling their Core Web Vitals. Once we completed this, we doubled down on content production. We supplemented it all with our link-building efforts, including diversifying their link profile, driving authority to their highest potential pages, winning backlinks from high-authority, and referring domains.
