When Emirates Pride partnered with us, they had ambitious goals but lacked the digital visibility needed to achieve them. They struggled with organic SEO, generating less than AED 1,000 in revenue monthly, and their conversion rate was stunted by poor site speed and technical SEO issues. Their goal was to reach AED 20,000 in monthly revenue and increase organic users to 3,500 within 12 months.

We tackled these challenges head-on, focusing on fixing technical SEO issues, enhancing content, and driving more targeted traffic to the site. Over 12 months, our efforts resulted in a 4,167% increase in organic revenue, surpassing AED 38,000 per month. Organic users grew by 61%, and goal completions surged by 2,888%. We began our work by addressing Emirates Pride’s technical SEO challenges. The website faced canonical tag errors, slow mobile speeds, and a lack of structured internal links. We fixed these issues through a combination of canonical reviews, crawl optimization, and internal link-building. We also improved the site’s performance using tools like WP Rocket, boosting the PageSpeed score from 8/100 to 70/100.

In addition to technical fixes, we revamped their product and category pages. Our content strategy focused on both Arabic and English SEO to capture a broader audience, creating optimized descriptions, FAQs, and localized content to cater to user intent. With structured data implementation, we secured more rich snippets in SERPs, driving higher click-through rates.

On the conversion front, we used heatmaps and A/B tests to redesign key pages, moving CTAs above the fold and resolving checkout issues that previously hampered transactions. By the end of the campaign, we achieved a 4,167% increase in organic revenue and a 2,888% jump in goal completions.
