Google confirmed an indexing bug with Google News publishers that went on for about three weeks. It started around June 21st and was officially fixed on Friday, July 14th.

Google to release new improvements to site names
Google is going to release its second batch of improvements for Site names in the search results “in the near future,” Danny Sullivan, Google’s Search Liaison, said. He said this is coming within weeks, not as long a months.

Google’s John Mueller clears the air about publishers who try to fool Google with fake personas and LinkedIn profiles. Google’s John Mueller expressed his thoughts in a series of tweets about SEOs who create fake personas for a review site, including false LinkedIn profiles. He said if they think nobody can tell that “you’re deluding yourselves.”
#2: Google on fixing Discovered Currently Not Indexed
Google’s John Mueller answered whether removing pages from a large site helps to solve the problem of pages that are discovered by Google but not crawled. John offered general insights on how to solve this issue.
